Baso Fibonacci Hand Painted Film

We continue to be amazed with the different uses of screen printing techniques to make wonderful art pieces. When Baso Fibonacci, came to us with the idea to hand paint screen printing films for a six color print, we knew he was on to something and wanted to be a part of it.

It all started with Baso hand painting the films which Dave then used to burn the screens. Then under Baso’s artistic direction, Dave layered the 6 colors on top to make this beautiful print.

It really is a true work of art and we have had so much fun with Baso in the shop. If you love this print as much as we do, you can get one through LxWxH, a subscription of art. LxWxH collaborates with Seattle artists and writers to create this cool box of art which contains two original art pieces and an essay. If you order a subscription, each month you will get one of these boxes. Pretty darn cool, right! Thank you Baso for letting us be a part of this – you are welcome back to the shop anytime!
